A ticketed event with limited spots available. At these smaller events we can spend more time helping and teaching games. We also spotlight newer games, some that aren’t even available to the public yet. Plus we have door prize draws and give away games.

Our monthly free board game night at the Walkerville Brewery. As usual, there will be a large menu of games to choose from and the Tabletop Bellhop team will be on hand to help recommend and teach games.
WHO IS THE TABLETOP BELLHOP?
Moe Tousignant (a.k.a. the Tabletop Bellhop) has been hosting local game nights in Windsor, Ontario since 2002. The Bellhop team consists of Moe, his wife, Deanna, his daughter, Gwen, and his lifelong friend, Sean. (This is the same team that is responsible for producing The Tabletop Bellhop Gaming Podcast, an Origins Award nominated weekly podcast that answers gaming and game night questions.)
Typically there will be at at least two or three of us at any event, happy to talk about board games, make game recommendations, and teach games.
WHAT HAPPENS AT A BELLHOP BOARD GAMING EVENT?
We bring a large selection of tabletop games out to each of our board game play events and are always happy to help people learn new to them games. Of course, you are also welcome to bring your own games. You can play with your friends or mingle with strangers, it’s up to you.
HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?
Most of our events are free. Free to enter, free to play. We just ask that you support the venue by buying food or drink. We are now starting to do some premium ticketed events, but if there is no ticket cost stated you can assume the event is free.
WHO CAN COME?
Our events are family friendly and are welcoming to gamers of all experience levels. If you’re just curious, and have yet to dive into hobby board gaming we are on hand to help. If you’re a long time gamer with a favourite game in tow, we’ve got space for that too.
WE HAVE MENUS!
We bring gaming menus out to our events. The menu lists most of the games we’ve brought out. It has a description for each game, and shows the type of game, the number of players and an idea of how long it takes to play.
The menu is there as a starting point for helping people pick out games to play. We are always happy to talk about game recommendations and to help you figure out what game you’d like to try next.
We change up the games and print out new menus for each event.
